    Verdict

Tantina is quickly making up for lost time and is taken to conform Goodwood superiority over Gonfilia and Crystal Star. The last mentioned is one of two runner sin the race trained by Sir Michael Stoute and looks the second-string on jockey bookings with Kieren Fallon opting to ride Chic. The daughter of Machiavellian has been well held in her last two starts though and needs to improve to trouble the selection. Following comfortable successes on her first two starts at Haydock and Yarmouth, Tantina cosily beat Gonfilia, having made all the running, when landing a Listed race at Goodwood. Unless the heavens open, it is difficult to see how Godolphin's filly can reverse that form. Londonnetdotcom is a capable performer on her day and cannot be dismissed completely, while Sabiyah is progressing nicely but she will need to improve dramatically to get the better of Tantina, who is the selection.
