Verdict

Micky Hammond appears to hold a strong hand in a low-key opener. Triumph Davis is bidding to open her account over timber at the 14th time of asking but she was beaten less than a length at Catterick on New Year's Day. Stepping up in trip at Carlisle 11 days ago, JUMPANDTRAVEL wasn't disgraced behind Valleyofmilan and finished clear of the remainder - she is 2lb lower here and now has a few more options. Redkalani will doubtless improve on last month's fifth at Newcastle and is lightly raced for his age. Minden March and Harleys Max could also figure from lower down the handicap.
