Verdict

Feed The Meter,Jeepstar and Lucky Leo are three against the field in a competitive opener and the confident vote is given to Feed The Meter. The selection has been in the form of her life since being scanned in foal and won well last time when beating Great View. Granted she is rocketing up the weights but with a capable apprentice taking off a handy seven pounds and under conditions that suit. Jeepstar rates the main danger on his latest second behind Grampian but he is more exposed than the selection and for that reason he is opposed. Lucky Leo is another worthy of respect as he won well last time out when beating Stolen House but he has a penalty for that win and he only won by a neck on that occasion so his penalty may find him out. Our Teddy has dropped to a handy mark and should be noted in the market but he has yet to win over this trip and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Jack of Trumps would have a chance on his best form but was very disappointing last time so can not be put forward with any confidence and for the winner we return to Feed The Meter.
