A select field featuring the first, second and fourth from Epsom. The sentimental call here would be Madhmoon for 86-year-old Kevin Prendergast and he ran a superb race in the Derby, just seeing off his rivals in the centre of the course but failing to match the finishing burst of ANTHONY VAN DYCK. This is of course a completely different track and it would be no great shock if either he or Broome were to come out on top this time though it's difficult to fault the winner, who is the only one of the main trio to have won around here so he gets the nod. Rakan was only 4l behind Broome in the Derrinstown at Leopardstown and has since won a three-runner affair on the same track though it would take a leap of faith to believe he could win this.
