There can be no knocking the debut effort of Echoes Of History at Dundalk as he was only caught in the dying strides by Lingapour who has won subsequently. He looks certain to go close while Blasket Spirit made great strides from his opening run to produce a decent performance behind the odds-on Full Of Hope at Tipperary and will appreciate the likely quicker terrain here. Dermot Weld has a couple of entries and it's the newcomer SERAAKH who is the most interesting runner on view. The son of Azamour is out of a superbly-bred daughter of Sadler's Wells and won't need to be a world-beater to make a winning start.
