Mark Me Up beat Sorted comfortably on heavy going at Down Royal but couldn't quite cope with an 8lb rise at Fairyhouse subsequently and has been raised another 2lb. Scottish Reel was in reasonable form last summer on quick ground but is still a maiden after 17 career starts and may just need this. Diamond Shower has been struggling in very testing conditions and can do better but this can go to BECKWITH STAR. Henry De Bromhead's charge, a winner over fences on New Year's Day, reverted to hurdling with a very good run behind the in-form Owennacurra Milan at Thurles and a line through the winner gives him the edge over On My Own, who was much further behind at Gowran a couple of weeks ago.
