Verdict

None of these enter the fray in top form though it looks a good opportunity for DIXIEDOODLEDANDY to get off the mark. Joseph Murphy's filly must have caught the eye of the assessor at Tipperary last time as she's been raised 9lb for finishing fifth. There's no doubt she should have finished closer and can gain compensation as she's one of the few here with scope. Big Bad Lily has a C&D victory to her credit and would have a fine chance if returning to the form of a year ago. She's only had three runs this year and is better than she's been showing while the other C&D winner in the line-up, Patrickswell, can go well under the experienced Danny Mullins. Nanotech doesn't win very often and hasn't been running badly but is on a very lowly mark.
