Verdict

Ask Heather has won over the course and distance and also over fences here in March. She made a promising reappearance at Limerick last month and has to be on the shortlist. Sweet Sting has completed a Tipperary double over this trip this month and had plenty in hand last time so a 9lb rise may not prove excessive. EIMEAR, a very easy winner over fences at Kilbeggan in July, was coughing when odds-on for a return visit a couple of weeks later but there was nothing wrong with her here at the beginning of this month when scoring by 10 lengths. She's up 13lb but can complete a double though Hopefully looks a major threat. Willie Mullins' mare gained her first victory in convincing fashion over 2m5f at Tramore and the longer trip shouldn't be a problem. Both Yaiza and Reuben James enter the fray in winning form though face tougher tasks.
