In depth

Verdict

New Regalia is woefully one-paced and was readily brushed aside again at Sligo on Sunday. Via Del Corso will probably need this and Papal Avenue is also returning from a break, though Augustine Leahy's filly is worth keeping an eye on in handicaps this season. SHUTTER ISLAND has shown improved form over hurdles lately and only went down by a half-a-length at Wexford in March. Charles O'Brien's charge can take advantage of a lowly mark in this.
