Verdict

SOMETHING SWEET is 0-15 over hurdles but is still well enough handicapped to put matters right here. A staying-n third over 2m1f at Downpatrick, she was in touch when tackling 3m at Tipperary and falling two out so compensation awaits. Carrigready ran his best race for some time at Tramore on Saturday but Trans Wood is likely to be more of a threat after returning from a break when a fine run over 2m4f at Wexford where he was in the lead at this trip. Callthebarman won over fences at Ayr in October and was well supported back over hurdles at Ballinrobe last week but ran poorly. Fleurys Fort won a 2m4f Thurles handicap on fast ground in November before finding 3m beyond him a week later.
