      Verdict

      A very weak race where the market could provide a few clues; with Don't Tell Trigger, She's My Dream and Lakesdale all worth monitoring for signs of support. However, they may all find one too good in the shape of Glasson Lodge, whose best effort to date came when finishing within three lengths of Beaver Patrol at Windsor last month. That form has been boosted on a couple of occasions since and, even though Glasson Lodge may have been flattered to get so close to the winner on that occasion, it is the best piece of form to go on up to press, and he edges the call today. Lakesdale looks sure to improve when upped in trip so it may be best left to Didn't Tell Trigger to give the selection the most to do.
