Verdict

EASON is a half-brother to smart hurdler/chaser in France and cost €115,000. He represents powerful connections and it would be no surprise if he made a winning start as Doctor Dex has been struggling to get his head in front and Westbury is penalised for his win at Huntingdon in May, though the second has franked the form since. Norwegian Woods has won a point-to-point and Westerly Wind is a stoutly-bred son of Westerner out of a Milan mare so should have a future under NH Rules.
