Verdict

Miles To Milan beat the ill-fated Clondaw Kaempfer in a virtual match at Ayr in May and had a nice pipe-opener over hurdles at Fakenham 11 days ago. There should be plenty more to come over fences and he is definitely one for the short-list here but, at the opposite end of the handicap, COUGAR’S GOLD also makes plenty of appeal. Peter Bowen’s hurdles winner failed to justify favouritism at Southwell in March but looks an out-and-out stayer who should be suited by this trip. Potters Approach is also unexposed but Treaty Girl has now been pulled up in three of her last four and All Kings has already had limitations exposed.
