Verdict

Spring Dream showed improved form when beating Caucasienne at Bath last week but Mick Channon's filly has a 6lb penalty to carry for that success and may struggle to confirm that form so the John Hills-trained filly is taken is taken to reverse the form, with Hanella rated the pick of the remainder. The selection never looked comfortable in that Bath contest but looks worth another chance here with a 6lb pull for under a length and she gets the vote. Vale de Lobo was well held on her reappearance and may improve for the run but she needs to and a bigger threat may come from another recent Bath winner Hanella, although a 6lb rise since then may just anchor her. Caucasienne may not be an entirely straight-forward filly but she looks worth chancing at the weights.
