Verdict

Providing an early departure at Towcester hasn’t affected confidence, this can go to the lightly-raced CALL CARLO (NAP). Venetia Williams’ 11-year-old has had only eight career starts and won over fences at Southwell last month in the style of a possible improver having finished second at Towcester earlier when Colmers Hill was pulled up. Canyouhearmenow won at Fontwell last month but had shown little previously. Heresmynumber is the more likely to run his race having done little wrong over the larger obstacles so far. Leith Hill Legasi has won here in the past but has been badly out of sorts this term.
