In depth

Verdict

A winner over a mile, Flying Dragon has a bit to prove over today’s distance judged on previous attempts and BUG BOY is preferred. He was beaten only a neck over 1m2f at Windsor under Megan Nicholls’ last month and this looks a slightly easier task. Trelinney’s best effort so far came in soft going at Goodwood while Garrison Law may improve for this extra distance now handicapping for the first time but will need to if he’s to figure.
