In depth

Verdict

An uninspiring opener with varying degrees of jockeyship on view and stakes should be kept to the minimum. Noble Calling has dropped down to a most attractive mark and showed definite signs of a return to form when runner-up at Bath last time so gets a tentative TEAMtalk vote under an experienced pilot. Groesfaen Lad has been in good heart of late but may be a shade high in the weights so the progressive Lygeton Lad looks a bigger threat back over this trip.
