In depth

Verdict

A competitive handicap to close the card which could go to Vienna's Boy with Top Mark and Mistral Sky rated as the main dangers. The selection has been in good form on the all-weather and he lost no caste in defeat over 6f at Southwell last time when finishing second behind Count Cougar. The return to 7f should suit and he is taken to lead them home. Top Mark should benefit from a pipe-opener at Kempton last month and he is likely to give our selection the most to think about. Mistral Sky ran well when second behind Norcroft at Wolverhampton last time and this 7-year-old is model of consistency and is sure to give his supporters a run for their money. Divinsky is a course and distance winner who hinted at a return to form last time at Catterick so he is another to consider. But for the winner we are happy to return to Vienna's Boy.
