Verdict

Finished Article is preferred here to The Fonze and Mossmann Gorge. The selection has had two outings so far this season which should put him spot-on for this and he ran well enough at Wolverhampton last month when second behind Bijou Dan. He has the form to take this and he may be capable of claiming his first win in almost three years with ground conditions in his favour. The Fonze was disappointing on the soft ground at Punchestown last time and he returns to the level today looking to put that effort behind him. However, all his best form is with cut in the ground and he looks worth taking on today. Mossman Gorge has been running well of late, including here on his latest outing when he was second Boulevin. He goes on this ground and looks to have an obvious place chance. Wujood was a little disappointing last time but is better than that and he has claims on his best form, but for the winner we return to Finished Article.
