Verdict

MAGIC SAINT never figured behind Good Boy Bobby over a longer trip at Wetherby last month but the drop back to 2m in what should be a fast-run race will suit him down to the ground and he won this last year racing off the same mark. Editeur Du Gite will be one of those up with the pace but he does take a chance at his fences. Fanzio also likes to lead but needs further and Kap Auteuil will need to improve again to land the four-timer. Stolen Silver was impressive at Market Rasen but had only two rivals and this is much more competitive while the handicapper looks to have caught up with Bathiva.
