Verdict

QUEEN OF BURGUNDY showed improvement for a slide down the weights when third over track and trip. An apprentice’s allowance further helps her cause in this and she can confirm latest running with Havergate Island. Global Acclamation won at Lingfield when beating Sovereign Moon and that pair are likely to figure again but recent Bath winner Wiff Waff has yet to race over this far and the same comment also applies to First Verse.
