      Verdict

Acclamation has few peers when it comes to siring sprinters and DENAAR is out of a 7f winner who has produced winners with all of her offspring to race. Al Shaqab Racing paid 300,000gns for the colt last month and he can make a winning debut ahead of Last Page, only beaten a head in both starts to date at Doncaster and Bath. Mark Johnston’s string is already firing on all cylinders and Branscombe is by Invincible Spirit and a half-brother to last year’s Molecomb winner Yalta so is respected while Nottingham third Poignant adds to the interest in a potentially-informative maiden.
