    Verdict

Ryan Moore rode VERITY when she finished fourth at Leicester on her debut. But she was clear of the rest and given the winner has since landed a handicap, Sir Michael Stoute’s filly gets the nod to improve past Thafeera. The latter is rated 77 having placed in all three starts so far with jockey bookings suggesting she’s preferred to Zafaranah while Lingfield third, Shankara, drops back in trip today. Labhay looks likely to finish closer while the newcomer Snowy Winter was purchased cheaply from Godolphin at the sales earlier in the year.
