        Verdict

        Lamloom won over this trip at Ayr but was unable to contain LUIS VAZ DE TORRES over slightly further at Beverley last time. The winner came here for a better race next time but didn't get the best of runs on softer ground and can return to winning ways. Sparklealot has ben running well in similar company without quite getting there but would prefer some ease in the ground while Big Storm Coming found Class 3 company at Ascot too much for him after completing an Epsom double. Fuente had been competing in better company before dropping into this grade here though didn't appreciate the soft going.
