    Verdict

Shan Valley attracted good support when scoring over 2m4f at Wetherby and didn't stay the trip when sent over 3m at Newcastle. Dane Cottage has run her best races on fast ground and has performed with credit here so she has a chance, but it's FLORA'S PRIDE who gets the vote as she has produced a couple of good runs recently and has dropped to a fair mark. Zoenicibel had looked a progressive type in the summer of 2010 but was tailed off on her reappearance at Carlisle in October after a very long break and it's a surprise to see Below The Deck racing over the minimum trip as she finally got off the mark over timber on her 23rd start over 2m6f at Cartmel in August.
