THE HISTORY MAN is taken to defy a six pound penalty for his recent win while both Revenue Princess and Kyzer Chief are worthy of mention. The selection benefitted with the application of first time cheek pieces at Bath last time out and can overcome his penalty. He had dropped ten pounds in the ratings after being winless in over a year and connections are keen to take advantage of his lenient mark an therefore he is worth staying on the right side of. Revenue Princess got her head in front at Newcastle last month but has since disappointed. She was well below par at Wolverhampton last time out and is one to treat with caution. Kyzer Chief has not won since gaining victory at Ripon back in April. He has however run well in defeat of late and is an each way contender. The History Man is the form horse in the race and is given the vote to land the finale.
