Verdict

The veteran Panthers Run won on heavy ground at Hexham before being beaten back there on slightly quicker going. He should go well with his low weight but On Gossamer Wings appears to need further. SACRE TOI went up 10lb for gaining his first victory in this country at Newcastle and couldn't quite cope with the extra at Ayr a few days later. The handicapper has relented a little and with Dale Irving taking off 10lb he's expected to return to winning ways. Overlaw has run very poorly on his two latest starts but has a chance on his success from this mark at Hereford in March.
