Verdict

Southwell winner La Sylphe went close at Ripon last time and steps up in trip here. She was way below par on fast ground at this track earlier, however, and Lord Avonbrook turned in his worst display on good to firm at Yarmouth before landing a double in claiming company. The unbeaten LADY MOONLIGHT is untried on today's surface but a chance is taken she'll cope in which case she can follow-up last month's victory over 7f at this track. Grievous Angel could figure on her handicap debut and so could Inchy Coo as a Tim Easterby runner has won the last two renewals.
