Verdict

Eritage has a first run for the Hosie team after leaving Paul Nicholls but he's up 5lb as a result of a recent Newton Abbot success and this looks tougher. Manofthemountain was due to run at Uttoxeter on Sunday so it's probably unlikely he'll come on here and Brotherly Company was scheduled to run at Kelso on Sunday too. Neither would be discounted if taking up this engagement but FIRE AWAY makes most appeal. He is prone throwing in the odd very poor run but has also scored six times since joining his current yard, is a better chaser than hurdler and landed this contest last season. Seddon is also a course winner and is respected in a tricky little heat.
