Verdict

Solway Legend beat Troubled by four lengths at Hexham in June with Generous Chief a close-up sixth but may struggle to confirm that form with those behind on worse terms. Urban Gale stays well but disappointed when favourite here last month. The Society Man looks to have little chance of reversing Fakenham form in May with Troubled but has run well twice around here this summer. MISSION COMPLETE is on a lower mark than when going close twice at Bangor in the spring. If anywhere near that form, Jonjo O'Neill's charge should go close. Imperial Vic has the past form to figure but has questions to answer at present.
