In depth

Verdict

Verona Opera never troubled the winner when runner-up at Ayr last time under today's conditional. WICKED GAMES also gets help from the saddle as she goes handicapping for the first time after finishing second in a novice event here last month. Rose Dobbin's mare may prove good enough given My Escapade has come up short off similar marks of late and the four-year-old Our Kylie was no match for older horses at Doncaster recently. Appletree Lane is unexposed and another who may fare better now handicapping.
