Verdict

Three-year-olds have a good record in this and JAM JAR is the only one of these with any real scope. This is his handicap debut and he has to concede weight all round but it's a poor heat and he's given the nod. Just Fabulous won his first two starts but that was back in 2011 and he hasn't been seen for over two years. Sur Empire isn't one of her stable's stars but takes a big step up in trip which may aid her cause while Mariners Moon has dropped 19lb in the ratings since last summer, though hasn't looked like taking advantage.
