Mister Rockandroll, who completed a double by scoring over an extended 1m3f on this track, wasn't suited by dropping down to 1m2f at Beverley. AIR SQUADRON has won three times at this trip and though unable to cope when stepped up in distance and class at Goodwood looks to have every chance of regaining the winning thread. Liberty Red's last victory was over 1m2f and he's given no indication he'll stay this far and though Thunder Pass has won over the distance he's now 11lb higher. Cool Sky's victory over the trip at Nottingham in May was on soft going but he's won on much quicker ground so is certainly no forlorn hope.
