    Verdict

Perseverance could be the name of the game with Dami, who is selected over Swift Sailing and Charlie Tango, who make up the trio to concentrate on in this moderate handicap. The last named finally got off the mark in a Redcar handicap earlier in the month and should not be too far away now that his confidence has been boosted. However, he had many chances to prove himself before his latest start and there has to be more than a suspicion that he will revert to type this afternoon. Swift Tango, on the other hand, readily appreciated the step up in trip last time and provides the selection with the most to here. Barry Hills' charge had struggled with the handicapper after ridding himself of the maiden tag at only the second time of asking before an ease in the weight and step up in trip brought about a much better performance last time. He is definitely one to monitor for signs of solid support today. Nevertheless, Dami is also unexposed at this distance and, with previous course experience to bolster her claims, she is the percentage call to lead them all home today. Darryll Holland is the ideal man to instill a fighting spirit into the daughter of Dynaformer, who should have no problems with the extra furlong today.
