        Verdict

        Strictly Carter finished just ahead of Jack The Laird when runner-up at Wolverhampton though never looked like troubling the winner. Seprani has been thereabouts over 7f on the all-weather at Lingfield while Mala,ysian Boleh can race off a lower mark on this surface but hasn’t looked like taking advantage. NOBLE DEED has failed to win since landing a double early last year but showed signs of a revival when third here last week and it could be his turn again today off his current mark.
