Verdict

Magical Speedfit and Rocker have won the last two renewals of this race but both will have to defy higher marks if they're to record repeat successes. Magical Speedfit was a little disappointing on Saturday but has been running well in the main and had several of today's rivals behind when chasing home Ajjaadd on his penultimate start; George Margarson's charge has an excellent course record and seems certain to be involved. Make My Dream is another with a decent record at the track, Colorus took advantage of a sliding mark at Goodwood but KINIGI has been in terrific form; her winning run has shown no signs of stopping and she may be able to bag another contest before the handicapper catches up with her.
