Mademoiselle seems to be going the right way and the Barry Hills-trained filly is taken to go one better than at Ayr last time and gets the vote ahead of Amorist and On The Bright Side. This should not take a great deal of winning and the selection has an obvious chance having shown improved form behind Mystical Art on her debut in a handicap last time. Top weight Play Up Pompey probably would not want any further softening of the ground and of more interest may be Luca Cumani's Prakara, who is slipping to a fair mark and remains relatively lightly raced. Cross My Shadow has claims on the pick of his form but is difficult to recommend on recent evidence and a bigger threat is likely to come from Amorist. Sir Mark Prescott's gelding failed to stay further last time and could be of interest back in distance today, while a market move for the David Nicholls-trained On The Bright Side would be of interest. Mademoiselle has an obvious chance off the same mark as at Ayr last time though and gets the vote.
