Verdict

This mile event for fillies may rest between Another Faux Pas, Tuscarora and Tharua and we will side with the last named. Ed Dunlop's charge was well beaten on her return to the turf last time but may have found the ground a bit testing. On the pick of her form last season, which included a three length third to Rob Roy, she looks very well treated here and should go close. Tuscarora is game and consistent and put in another solid effort when chasing home Gaelic Princess at Bath last time. Ground and trip are in her favour again today and another big run can be expected. Another Faux Pas finished fifth behind Royal Hunt Cup favourite Eden Rock at Goodwood last month and confirmed that promise with a close up third to sonic Boom. She still looks on the upgrade and can take a hand in the finish. Kindness was a game winner last time and looks the pick of the others, but Tharua is well treated on her best form and looks set for a big run.
