Verdict

Goal had looked pretty exposed before popping up at a big price at Thirsk last week. He ran out an easy winner and has to come into the reckoning here, but ELVIRA DELIGHT makes more appeal. She won't have to find much on her best form to land this and Jeremy Noseda can boast a terrific strike rate with three-year-olds at this track. Newcastle winner Whitby Jet went close again on the turf at Lingfield last time and is worthy of consideration, while Salvationist makes most appeal of the remainder.
