      Verdict

      MASTER OF SUSPENSE returns from lay-off having found life tough in Class 2 company when last seen at the track in May. But his earlier third at Warwick behind a couple of subsequent winners gives him every chance in this. The remaining quartet all took part in the same race at Southwell last time. Cagoule came out best in second followed by Quick Touch, Island Express and Bryonaissance. David O'Meara's charge should confirm superiority in this and looks the one most likely to chase the selection home.
