      Verdict

MARGRETS GIFT finally came good when scoring easily over track and trip last time. She overcame a bad draw on that occasion which suggests there may be more in the locker and Tim Easterby's filly is preferred to Thatcherite. The latter won on his latest visit to the track and should figure in this lesser grade. Others with claims have the disadvantage of an unfavourable draw and that includes last year's winner Bronze Beau and Tinsill. Boxing Shadows has a bit to find with a couple of these but Boris Grigoriev will have come on for last month's belated reappearance and may get involved.
