        Verdict

        Mark Johnston has won this for the past two years and Captivity shouldn't be dismissed as he didn't enjoy soft ground here last time. Mokbil has shown nothing to date but anything from the stable is worth noting and Sabhan will attract plenty of support after coming with a late rattle to land a handicap at Thirsk. Geoff Harker's charge is only 4lb higher here and must be a threat but DOUBLE CEE is finally getting the hang of things and looks the one to be on. Richard Fahey's charge produced easily his best run to date when a close third at Redcar last week and with his young rider able to claim his 5lb he looks on a very fair mark. Haywain did a bit better here a couple of weeks ago and makes his handicap debut.
