Verdict

Not many of these are in top form at present and it may pay to follow the improving Winthorpe, with The Fisio and Trick Cyclist just two of the possible dangers. John Quinn has his stable in fine form and this four-year-old looked on the way back to form when finishing a close up fourth behind Awake at Newcastle on Saturday. He makes a quick return to the racecourse and the hint should be taken. The Fisio landed a classified event at Hamilton back in May and hasn't been disgraced in handicap company since, he should go close despite top-weight. Trick Cyclist hasn't really built on his promising first effort of the season when runner-up to Peruvian Style, however he is steadily dropping down the weights and could go well at a decent price. Of the others Distant Times also appears to have a leading chance at the weights, but Winthorpe could be spot on for this and is taken to oblige.
