In depth

Verdict

Tedstale put up a really good effort last time and may be capable of getting his head in front at the main expense of Cryfield and Tedsdale Mac. The selection is a course and distance winner who looked like his turn might not be far away when a close fourth behind Langford at Hamilton. He is not the easiest to win with as he does have his quirks, but with conditions to suit he should run a big race. Cryfield goes especially well on this track so has to be respected. He is in good heart at present and still looks to be well treated on the pick of his form so it would be no surprise to see him involved in the shake-up at the finish. Tedsdale Mac ran well enough at Ripon behind the progressive Olivia Rose last time and will be suited by the drop in trip here so he is another than can't be ruled out. Wrenlane is from a yard in form so is another worth noting in the market, but for the winner we return to Tedstale.
