        Verdict

        Birkenhead made a promising start in the Brocklesby but got outpaced at Lingfield and today's much stiffer track will help. LEAVE EM ALONE started 80/1 at Redcar but did much better than expected when staying on so is another who'll be suited by a stiffer test. Bettys Hope couldn't match strides with Lady Kermit at Kempton and will need to break quicker from the inside berth. The Ginger Bullet has the wide berth which won't aid his cause but he's bred for another furlong so should be finishing strongly. Cock Robin is just on his inside so he has a stiff task but Sassy Lassy has a speedy pedigree and is well drawn so could run well.
