Verdict

Harry Hurricane was only headed in the shadows of the post having tried to make all at Salisbury last week but probably hasn’t been done any favours by an outside draw. MUTAWAFFER, a winner over 6f at Goodwood last year, hasn’t been running badly and this slightly stiffer test should suit Charlie Hills’ three-year-old – he has more scope than most of these. Jack Taylor rarely runs a bad race but is struggling for his best form this year and while Blaine, second here last week, is thrown in past form, he would have preferred some give in the ground.
