Verdict

Hannon juveniles continue to operate at such an admirable strike rate and JIMMY'S GIRL rates a strong option to boost the figures further, despite having originally looked a far from leading light in the yard's two-year-old academy. That may still be the case but the form of her latest run here in May behind Union Rose when beaten no less than seven lengths suddenly assumed a far healthier glow when the winner went on to finish runner-up in the Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot behind US raider, Hootenanny. That form ranks head and shoulders above all else here. Multi Quest may prove best of those with form with King's Bond tentatively suggested as the most likely newcomer.
