Verdict

A decent turnout with THE MAD ROBERTSON taken to deliver the required improvement stepping up to 2m4f for the first time. He's been brought along patiently by Jonjo O'Neill and has always looked sure to profit from the additional distance. Maurice Linehan takes off a useful 6lb to boost his claims further. Lucky Lukey, with Adam Wedge booked, enjoyed a fine season last term which saw his rating rocket but he remains very much of interest and the market should reflect expectations on this first run after a break. Shallow Bay has place claims but recent Hereford scorer, Another Kate, is a better shortlist option with trip and ground in her favour.
