In depth

Verdict

Martin Pipe and Tony McCoy will be hoping for another harvest of winners today and their Epicure is sure to be a warm order for this handicap hurdle. An eight pound rise in the weights for struggling home in a modest race last time looks harsh though and it may pay to side with Steve Gollings' Sister Superior. The mare would relish any easing in the ground but still looks to have solid claims judged on her two outings so far this term. Shifting Moon looks to have far more to do than when winning at Stratford last week. Glacial Missile and Sailor Jack simply don't look good enough.
