    In depth

    Verdict

Gworn was ending a long losing run when narrowly beating TRINITY STAR over track and trip and carries 6lb extra. Today’s revised terms should see the latter turn the tables and also confirm latest running with Eez Eh. Melabi scored over 1m4f last month but a 3lb rise proved beyond him last time while Vizier won off a similar mark over a mile at Hamilton in September but has plenty to prove over this longer trip. The latter comment also applies to Irish challenger Carrigeen Prince, who has won twice over a mile at Dundalk.
